We offer a subscription to all our Preserving Series for $270, which is a $40 discount off regular prices. Class subscriptions include a 3 ring binder with dividers to help you organize your materials. Subscriptions must be paid in full prior to the first class and include each of the classes.
June Preserving Workshop:Berry Jam
June 26th 3:00 – 5:00
Join us and learn how to make berry jam in this hands on workshop. We will work together and learn about home canning through practice. At the end of the day you will go home with a few half pints of the product you made and the knowledge and confidence to can at home.

July Preserving Workshop:Pickles
July 17th 3:00 – 5:00
Pickles are more than just cucumbers! We will make a couple types of pickles during this hands on workshop. We will work together and learn about home canning through practice. At the end of the day you will go home with a few pints of the product you made and the knowledge and confidence to can at home.

August Preserving Workshop:Tomato Sauce

What will you do with all the tomatoes in your garden? What about making sauce, or canning whole tomatoes? Join us for this hands on workshop, we will work together and learn about home canning through practice. At the end of the day you will go home with a few quarts of the product you made and the knowledge and confidence to can at home.

September Preserving Workshop: Salsa

In my kitchen September is about Salsa. The hot peppers have joined the tomatoes in overflowing the garden and now is the time to preserve summer’s heat for the winter. Join us for this hands on workshop, we will work together and learn about home canning through practice. With pick your own apples all around you one of the most affordable items for most people to can are apples. Apple slices and apple sauce, few things smell better in the fall than fresh apples. November Preserving Workshop:Holiday Gifts

Few gifts are better received than those made lovingly in your own kitchen. In this class we will make three different recipes which are sure to be a hit for Christmas! Join us for this hands on workshop, we will work together and learn about home canning through practice. At the end of the day you will go home with a couple half pints of the product each you made and the knowledge and confidence to can at home.
